The fundraising package is set up and ready to go with my amazing T company.  They are a Christian based company ready to serve your needs.  All you have to do is call and speak with the manager… they will help you with every detail from A to Z.  They have helped hundreds of adoptive families with Simply Love fundraising shirts and products.

The rest is up to you:

• Your Package includes: 4 designs to pick, photos of T shirts to download,  original artwork, contact information for T shirt company, and creative fundraising ideas and tips to sell your shirts successfully.
• You will order your own T shirts before or after fundraiser starts- 25 minimum (per designs) directly with company.
• The T shirts cost $6.20 per shirt- includes quality shirt and printing.  Shirts will ship after payment is received.  You can pay for your shirts with a debit or credit card by phone or through a payment link that will be sent with your invoice.
• Fundraising/Projects- you keep 100% of profits.
• You are responsible to order T shirts directly with T shirt company and payment to T shirt company. (no middle man)
• Invoice includes:  T shirts, shipping- flat rate, tax

Special Note: The first family or group to order the Pick Your Country Package gets to “name” the T shirt forever.  The names are placed on the front artwork blended into the design. Ordering requirements that keep the cost low:

25 T shirts minimum per separate design – You can place an order before or after fundraiser starts. You can pick 1 design or use them all!

• Simply Love A: Men’s T- Man Up. Love & Protect the Fatherless. Sizes can include- small, medium, large, XL, 2XL ($1.50 extra)
• Simply Love A: Women’s T with Tiffany Blue Swirls- Love Will Always Find a Way. Sizes can include- small, medium, large, XL, 2XL ($1.50 extra)
• Simply Love Youth T – NEW- 2 designs available: Youth A- matches men’s shirt, but with red & bright green ink.  Youth B- Simply Love on front, country shape on back in bright blue ink.  You will need to request youth- specify your country for designer.
• Simply Love B- Simply Love on front & country shape on back (blue & pink ink design available)
• Simply Love C “Just for moms”

What color can I choose for my shirts?
It’s up to you… you pick color!!  You can also pick crew neck or V neck style.
There is a variety of shirt colors you can use for your Simply Love shirts.  The ink colors on the artwork are set, but you can choose the shirt colors of your choice.  You can mix & match colors too.

I suggest:

• Women: black, espresso, dark chocolate brown, heathered grey, dark grey, white, tan … you pick!

• Men:  Army inspired-  looks great on heathered army green or espresso (They are lighter fabric and ultra soft.) dark army green, brown, grey, white or tan… you pick!

How much do I charge for my T shirts and other products?

We request that you keep a minimum charge of $24.95, plus adding up to $5.00 for shipping/handling, if you are selling online, but you can charge more… it’s up to you!  I have seen T shirts sell successfully at $25.00- $27.00 or more.  Please don’t forget to add extra cost for 2XL ($1.50) 3XL ($2.50)

Can I personalize my shirts with my own URL?

Our designs are created exclusively for fundraising families or individuals that need help with selling shirts for profit.  We keep the artwork unified for a special, unique product for customers.  You can add your own URL on the backs and/or logos on the sleeves to personalize your shirts.  We are always up for crazy suggestions!

How do I get things going?

Create buzz and momentum for your fundraising by involving your friends, workplace, youth group, family and church in this T-shirt fundraiser.  It is proven to raise hundreds and even thousands of dollars. I recommend that you start your T shirts Fundraiser and allow people to pre-order before you place an order with specific sizes.  Set a goal to sell at least 25 shirts and when you do, you will raise almost $400…sell 75 shirts and raise over $1,100! The potential is unlimited. You can include this information in your support letters, emails, Face Book and even on your blogs!  Your supporters will purchase a shirt for $24.95 or more towards your cause and these shirts will serve as another way to say “thank you” and remind them to keep you in their thoughts and prayers!  Collect the funds from them up front, 25 shirts is the minimum order per style. This is where your family and friends come in – recruit them in your fundraising efforts, they will feel like they are a vital part of your efforts!  Pray and ask God to continue to give you creative ideas and favor – then watch the funds flood in!

You can also send me (and my hubby) your Simply Love shirts and I will be your personal billboard on my crazy adoption blog.  I will take photos and share your project linking readers back to your URL link to buy the shirts.  This has been so much fun for us to do for you!!!  Just let me know:)
